The rules for using Joyflow.
These terms explain what you are responsible for when you use Joyflow with workspace data, AI output, connected tools, approvals, and paid usage.

Using Joyflow
These Terms cover use of Joyflow, a personal AI operating workspace for doing real work across connected apps. By using Joyflow, you confirm that you are allowed to use it for the workspace, company, or organization you set up.
Joyflow may run as a hosted service, local preview, private deployment, or beta environment. Features, connectors, and limits can vary by deployment, plan, provider setup, and workspace policy.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, choosing the right workspace permissions, and inviting only people who should have access to the company data and tools connected to Joyflow.
Workspace owners and admins may manage channels, chats, connectors, knowledge, permissions, approvals, usage limits, sharing, and other resources. Their changes can affect everyone in the workspace.
Plans, billing, and usage
Paid plans are priced around workspace usage, connected apps, saved skills, approval checks, and AI actions rather than per-seat access unless a separate order form says otherwise. Plan limits, included usage, billing intervals, trials, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable order form.
You authorize Joyflow or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees, overages, taxes, and other agreed charges. If payment fails or usage exceeds plan limits, we may limit, suspend, or downgrade access after reasonable notice where practical.
Workspace content
You keep ownership of business information, messages, files, knowledge documents, connector data, prompts, approvals, and other content you submit to Joyflow. You give Joyflow the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide and secure the service, including through AI providers and connected services when needed to complete your requested work.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload content, connect providers, process third-party data, and ask Joyflow to act on behalf of your company.
AI output and review
AI responses, summaries, drafts, classifications, plans, and tool proposals may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. Review output before using it, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, or customer-facing decisions.
Joyflow can route high-risk tool calls to approvals. Approval workflows do not remove your responsibility for final business decisions, compliance, and external communications.
Connectors and tools
Connectors expose selected third-party provider capabilities as registered Joyflow tools. Tool calls must pass through validation, authorization, policy decisions, and audit logging before they run.
You are responsible for provider accounts, credentials, scopes, rate limits, third-party terms, resource selections, and any costs or consequences from authorized actions taken through connected services. Joyflow is not responsible for a third-party provider changing, suspending, limiting, or refusing API access.
Approvals and action history
Joyflow is designed to pause higher-risk actions for human review, but approval workflows depend on your workspace settings, connector configuration, and the risk tier of the requested tool call. You are responsible for reviewing approvals before allowing external messages, refunds, payment actions, data changes, or other sensitive work to go out.
Audit logs, approval records, tool inputs, tool outputs, and durable run events may be retained to explain what happened, support security reviews, resolve disputes, and improve reliability.
Acceptable use
Do not use Joyflow to break the law, infringe rights, bypass security, send spam, misrepresent identity, process data you are not allowed to use, create harmful automation, or access systems, workspaces, connectors, or data without permission.
You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, or interfere with Joyflow or its providers. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
You may not use Joyflow to generate or execute malware, credential theft, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, harassment, regulated professional advice without appropriate review, or other harmful activity.
Service changes and availability
Joyflow may change, suspend, or discontinue features, connectors, models, limits, pricing, or availability. Beta and preview features may be incomplete and may change without notice.
We work to keep Joyflow reliable, but we do not guarantee that Joyflow, AI providers, third-party connectors, or external APIs will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how Joyflow handles account data, workspace content, connector data, AI requests, and usage records. By using Joyflow, you agree that Joyflow may process that information as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed to provide the service.
Each workspace is responsible for deciding what confidential, regulated, customer, employee, financial, or sensitive information may be submitted to Joyflow, connected services, or AI providers. Do not submit data unless you have the rights, notices, consents, and controls required for that use.
Disclaimers and liability
Joyflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and any separate signed agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with these public Terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Joyflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay required fees, misuse connectors or AI providers, or use the service in a way that could harm Joyflow, users, providers, or others.
After termination, some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, including audit logs, billing records, security logs, and records needed for compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable way, such as updating the effective date, posting in the service, or contacting workspace administrators.
Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
